How long does coffee stay fresh after roasting?
Coffee is best consumed within 2 to 3 months after roasting for an optimal flavour experience. We recommend allowing the beans to rest for at least a week, as the flavour is not yet optimal in the first week after roasting. So if you receive a bag with a recent roast date, wait a little longer for the best result.
