Sterrennacht is a unique green tea in which vanilla and citrus fruit take centre stage. The combination provides a subtly sweet and fresh taste experience, inspired by the masterpiece from which the name originates.
How can I best prepare this loose leaf green tea for optimal flavour results?
We recommend using 2 grams of tea per cup (200 ml) and letting it steep for about 2 to 3 minutes in water at approximately 80°C. This allows the vanilla and citrus aromas to come into their own.
